Wat kost de proefplaatsing?

Grote producten (zoals stoelen en tafels): wij halen deze kosteloos bij je op. Kleine producten (zoals een muis of toetsenbord): stuur het pakket via een pakketservice naar keuze retour. De verzendkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. Stuur het product graag schoon, compleet en bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking retour. Vermeld altijd het ordernummer op het pakket of voeg de pakbon toe.

Hoe werkt het retourneren?

Je ontvangt na levering een proeffactuur ter administratie. Deze hoef je niet direct te betalen. Tevreden? Betaal de factuur na de proefplaatsing en het product is van jou. Niet tevreden? Zodra het product retour is ontvangen, crediteren wij de factuur volledig.
